BEFORE TAKING YOUR REAL ESTATE TEST

As soon as you entered your examination room, don’t communicate, giggle or nod. If you communicate with your peers then there are chances that you can doubt your knowledge. You don’t need to focus on unnecessary things.

Visit the washroom before going to the test room, so that you don’t need to go during your real estate test.

If you find yourself getting confused or stressed during the exam, relax by closing your eyes and breathing deeply for a minute or two. This might also be a good technique during the transition from the general to the state part of the exam.

AT YOUR TEST ROOM

When you are about to start your real estate test, the examiner will confirm your identification and will surely about the test you are going to attempt.

  1. You have to put the right serial numbers with your answer. When you enter your answer, press enter and move forward.

2. The computer will allow you to confirm your answer. You can again re-check it, go to revise some specific question, highlight a question for later review or revise all your marked answers.

3. Remember, the time duration will be mentioned on the top of your computer screen. You have to work according to that and don’t forget to specify few minutes for revision. Most students complete their tests even before the allocated time. If you have practiced timing yourself on the practice tests, you will have a pretty good idea of how long it will take you to complete the actual test.

When the computer screen shows your time is up, or if you finish early, simply get the examiner’s attention and approach the registration desk.
