Real Estate Video Marketing

Why video marketing is a must-have tool in real estate? Do I strive hard on a social media post just for it to be seen by a bunch of people? I have done it definitely, even more times than I would like to confess. Every other real estate broker is trying to benefit from social media. Also, now every broker uses real estate video marketing in their online marketing strategy. Often I feel social media is a waste of my time.
