HOW TO BE A GOOD TENANT?
Taking care of my rental being a good tenant might allow for rent negotiations. It also allows for more favorable conditions of the lease. I may not intend to care for my rental space as I would do of my own house, but there is a bundle of reasons to be a good tenant.
