Step 1: Complete educational requirements

Step 2: Clear the Illinois structural inspection exam

The Illinois structural inspection exam is 175 multiple choice questions based on the 101 courses. I have to get a good command of science, internal and external components. Step 3: Inspect 25 properties with an existing inspector

To fulfill section 3-II of the NAC 645.210 Requirement for licensing. I have to inspect 25 properties with a licensed inspector. For that reason, I have to complete my inspection training. The inspection training must include 6 onsite inspections, along with a full analysis. This is an ideal course for applicants who are looking to hasten the licensing process.
