60 Hour Broker (Agent) Real Estate Topics Course for Illinois Pre-license Education

Illinois real estate license renewal requires completing 75 hours of pre license education for a new real estate broker. This course provides 60 hours of that required education. Students must complete another 15 hours of applied interactive real estate principles course to complete the 75 hours. IBA provides online courses so that you can complete the required education and sit for the official Illinois real estate exam.
