Who should take this course?
Illinois 45-hour Post-License: Transactional Issues 15-hour Course is for licensed brokers in their first renewal cycle having been licensed on or after August 9, 2019.
You must have been issued your license number (begins with 475) prior to taking this course, and will not receive credit if operating on a 45-day permit.
Is there a final exam for this course?
The new 45-hour Broker Post-License curriculum consists of three 15-hour courses, each ending with a 50-question exam. The courses do not need to be taken in any particular order.
